Joan Harris graduated from Boston College with a BA in Human Development and found her calling working with frail elders as a Case Manager at West Suburban Elder Services for five years.

She worked as a Discharge Planner/Social Worker in the open heart and telemetry units of a New Hampshire hospital and as Director of Marketing for a Long Term Care/Subacute Facility. She has extensive experience in the range of senior housing options from her years as Marketing Directors for full-service retirement communities, assisted-living facilities and specialized assisted living for residents with memory impairment.

Joan’s approach to the sales process was in keeping with her mission to serve seniors and their families: Be a resource, educate seniors and their families to their options, listen to each individual’s situation and assist people in attaining their optimum quality of life and maintaining their independence.
